Public pages and external content
You can read the public guides and use the Finder, drying reference, and calculator without creating a studio record. This build does not add advertising pixels or a separate marketing analytics service.
Product photographs load from Amazon’s image servers. Loading third-party images and following external links involves requests to those providers, which can receive technical connection information. Their own privacy practices apply.
Sign-in and saved records
The private spool studio uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The hosting platform provides a site-specific user identifier and signed-in display information. We use the identifier to associate your records with your sign-in and to restrict application queries to your records.
The studio saves the spool labels, material descriptions, remaining weights, notes, drying dates, settings, durations, outcomes, and checklist choices you enter. It does not request payment information, photos, location, or access to your other accounts. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in notes.
Retention, export, and deletion
Studio records remain available until you delete them or the service is discontinued. You can export the current inventory, sessions, and checklist as JSON. Deleting a spool also deletes its associated drying sessions. Delete all my records removes your application records.
Deletion affects the active application database. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs or backups under their own policies; this site does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup. Export records you want to keep before deleting them.
Service operations
Hosting and authentication providers process technical requests needed to deliver the site. The application logs service errors to help diagnose failures, but it does not intentionally log the contents of your spool notes. No scheduled monitoring or reminder emails are sent by this build.
The owner can administer the service and its database; private means other ordinary visitors cannot access your records through the application. It does not mean the records are encrypted with a key only you hold.
