TOOL / 01

Find a dryer that fits.

Start with a named material profile or your own datasheet. Add the spools you use. See why each model makes—or misses—the shortlist.

Your setup

This profile calls for 55°C. Read the source ↗

Measure the loaded reel, not the kilogram label. Include any adapter or replacement carrier in the diameter and width. A 3kg or 5kg label alone cannot confirm fit. Use the spool-fit worksheet.

Using TPU? Results screen documented heat, capacity, and entered reel dimensions—not printer or feeder compatibility. Plan the TPU feed path first.

Using nylon or a filled PA grade? A match means the dryer reaches the selected profile temperature. It does not prove a generic nylon claim, reel heat tolerance, or an equivalent lower-temperature cycle. Check the complete nylon workflow.

A material profile is not permission to heat any reel to that temperature. Confirm reel heat tolerance, the exact loading layout, rotation, airflow, and feed path in the equipment manual.

11 documented matches

Confirmed matches meet the documented requirements you entered. Physical reel fit remains incomplete where you left a dimension blank; an unknown dimension is not a fit claim. They are not performance test results.

One or more required temperature, capacity, or reel-fit specifications are unknown. These products are not confirmed matches. PolyDryer, for example, uses power levels rather than a published adjustable Celsius range.

Standalone-dryer scope: Finder excludes AMS heating upgrades such as EIBOS Tetras and Dyas. Those products require a compatible host AMS and possibly a model-specific adapter; a temperature match alone does not establish system fit. Compare AMS and standalone workflows.
