How to use this reference
Identify the exact brand and grade on your spool. Read its current documentation, then check that your equipment can maintain the specified condition and that the reel can tolerate it. A dryer’s maximum setting is only a capability limit; use the material’s recommended setting.
Where manufacturer pages conflict on duration, we exclude the profile rather than choose an unexplained number. PolyMax PETG and Polymaker ASA are currently excluded for that reason. A material without a profile can still be researched through its manufacturer.
Air humidity is not filament moisture
A lower relative-humidity reading in a heated chamber does not directly establish that moisture has left the center of a spool. Follow the documented cycle and compare print outcomes. Store the spool appropriately afterwards.
